Here is my latest painting. As always, Chris made the craftsman style frame on this piece as well. She used reclaimed quartersawn oak from an old table too damaged to repair. After planing it, she discovered the most beautiful flecks or rays in the oak. Perfect for the style of frame that looks so good on my work. This view is above the Monterey Bay. Elkhorn Slough can be seen in the upper left of the painting.
